2. Acknowledgment
By accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. You represent that you are over the age of 18; Flightpath does not permit those under 18 to use the Service independently.
3. Scope of Services
Flightpath provides private aviation charter and aircraft management services. While our website provides information and booking requests, all flight operations are governed by specific Charter Agreements or Aircraft Management Agreements, which supersede these website terms in the event of a conflict.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flightpath and its licensors. Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flightpath’s total liability for any claims arising out of the use of this website shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or $100 USD if no purchase was made.

- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Applicable federal laws of the United States shall also apply where relevant.
- Disputes: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our team.
- Compliance: You warrant that you are not located in a country subject to government embargo or listed on any restricted parties list (e.g., TSA/CBP "No Fly" lists).
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
